The removalists were very efficient, it only took them 2 days to replace the house on stumps at the new address. George and Carmen were absolutely great to deal with. I approached Moving Views because I bought a property to develop townhouses. The existing house was very liveable so with my developer (and accountant) hat on I thought why not save some money on demolition by moving it on?
Moving Views helped me by taking care of everything – they inspected the house, placed photos on their website, contacted their buyer database and then found a buyer.
The result was that the house was SOLD and moved on without any time or effort on my part.
The most important thing I liked about Moving Views was their absolute professional approach. Danni, Carmen and George were excellent in their communication with their expert knowledge and considerable experience evident throughout the process.
I found the experience quite frankly, the easiest and least time consuming of all the tasks required in getting a development planned, built and sold.

My husband and I sold our block and the home we raised our family in, down sizing to half an acre and a good sized shed to play in. We have always really liked older styled homes, they have So much more character, charm and individuality. 
So when we were planning on rebuilding in the style of yesteryear a friend said to me " Why build an imitation when you can have the real thing ? "
That simple question began the search and when we found moving views we were set on a journey. A journey in which George, Carmen and Danni were our guides. First we joined the contact list where a smorgasbord of homes, their photos, descriptions and costs where backed up with any information we needed and all questions honestly answered.
When we found our forever house, we were guided through the permit processes. It had been nearly 28 years since we had built and alot of changes had occurred in the paper work within the town planning and building field over that time. But any issues like town planners ego's or delays out of anyone's control were dealt with, with support, patience and humour from the moving views team.
The scary part was when our forever home turned up on two semi trailers, but we were soon reassured that it was in safe hands as we watched the consummate skill of the drivers as they maneuverer the two halves back together. 20 out of 10 for reverse parking, no doubt about it. 
The building crew that had halved and stitched back together again impressed us with their trade skills. They worked precisely and consistently until it was time to hand over our house to put our mark on and make it a home.

From the moment we walked into the McPherson House we loved it and we placed our trust in George and his team to deliver the house safely to Regional Victoria.

George’s team definitely didn’t let us down. From our first discussions with Carmen and Danni to the onsite visit with George and Joel and then the delivery of the house by George, Michael and the team it was a great ride. 

They were all extremely helpful and supportive welcoming our questions at any time of the day. Moving the house into position proved to be quite challenging as the ground was extremely wet and boggy however the Moving Views team worked tirelessly and in serious mud to get the job done. They continued to work in difficult muddy and wet conditions under the house until it was stumped. And then finally it all came together with the roof framed and doors locked - we were very sad to see them leave on the last day.

We only have great things to say about George and his team and would highly recommend them to anyone - thanks George, Michael and the whole team.
